Mount Spa Cross Country

Today was the Mount Spa Cross Country. It was held in Manaia. Me and Harry made a video with some of the photos that we took.  Next week will be the Taranaki Champs Cross Country on the 23rd of September. I really liked the run, and my age group ran 2 km.

Hello! This week is the Auroa School Science Fair! For my display, I have decided to do circuits. We have been working on it for a term! But the actual day is Wednesday, and that's today! It was a great day and everyone has worked so hard and later on, I will post a video on some of the things that happened!

Why is exercise important

Exercise is important, it helps our body. It can lower the risk of some diseases.

if you always exercise, you can get more sleep, because it makes you more tired. It also enhances your immune system. It also improves your body's ability oxygen and nutrients around your body. The more you exercise, the more calories you burn.

Being fit means that the risk of colon cancer and breast cancer are reduced. Regular exercise can prevent type 2 diabetes. Exercise also improves muscle strength, so staying active keeps muscles strong.

Physical activity can improve your mood, which makes you feel better and more relaxed. This can lower your stress levels. Also, keeping fit can reduce some effects of aging.

If you exercise, it can lower the risk of some diseases like type 2 diabetes and cancer and it can improve your brain function.
